Carolina Giraldo Navarro, popularly known as Karol G is a famous Columbian singer, songwriter, and businesswoman predominantly defined for reggaeton and Latin traps. She has also experimented with various other genres including reggae and sertaneja. Her debut album, titled "Fiesta de Colombia" was released in 2013. Carolina's second album "El Amor" was her debut on the Billboard Top Latin Albums chart in 2014. The album peaked at number 17 on Billboard Latin Pop Album Chart.

She also performed the song with other artists such as Carlos Reyes, Luz, and Daniela Mendoza in a live television special titled 'Navidad de Mujeres' (2015). In 2017 she also recorded the album called "Kría" released on October 10, 2017.
